The Earth doesn’t Revolve around The Sun- 17 verses to prove it.

There are numerous evidences that prove the Earth doesn’t move or revolve around the Sun. The Sun moves within its orbit.

1. And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed). That is the Decree of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.[ Ya-sin 38]
2. He has subjected the sun and the moon (to continue going round)! Each running (its course) for a term appointed.[ Ar-Rad 2]
3. See you not (O Muhammad ) that Allah merges the night into the day (i.e. the decrease in the hours of the night are added in the hours of the day), and merges the day into the night (i.e. the decrease in the hours of day are added in the hours of night), and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running its course for a term appointed; and that Allah is All-Aware of what you do.”[ Al-Luqman 29]
4. He merges the night into the day (i.e. the decrease in the hours of the night are added to the hours of the day), and He merges the day into the night (i.e. the decrease in the hours of the day are added to the hours of the night). And He has subjected the sun and the moon, each runs its course for a term appointed. Such is Allah your Lord; His is the kingdom.[ Al-Fatir 13]
5. 5.     He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. He makes the night to go in the day and makes the day to go in the night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon. Each running (on a fixed course) for an appointed term. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving.[Az- Zumar 5]

“ These verse show that the Sun moves from the East to the West.” Ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imam

1. And He it is Who has created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each in an orbit floating.[ Al-Anbiya 33]
2. It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor does the night outstrip the day. They all float, each in an orbit.[Ya-Sin40]
3. And He has made the sun and the moon, both constantly pursuing their courses, to be of service to you; and He has made the night and the day, to be of service to you.[Ibrahim 33]
4. He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His Command. Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment. Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)![ al-‘Araf 54]
5. And He has subjected to you the night and the day, the sun and the moon; and the stars are subjected by His Command. Surely, in this are proofs for people who understand.[ An-Nahl 12]
6. Ibrahim (Abraham) said, “Verily! Allah causes the sun to rise from the east; then cause it you to rise from the west.” So the disbeliever was utterly defeated. And Allah guides not the people, who are Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.).[Al-Baqarah 258]
7. When he saw the sun rising up, he said: “This is my lord. This is greater.” But when it set, he said: “O my people! I am indeed free from all that you join as partners in worship with Allah.[Al-‘Anam 78]
8. And you might have seen the sun, when it rose, declining to the right from their Cave, and when it set, turning away from them to the left, while they lay in the midst of the Cave. That is (one) of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, signs) of Allah.[ Al-Kahf 17]
9. Until, when he reached the setting place of the sun, he found it setting in a spring of black muddy (or hot) water.[Al-Kahf 86]
10. So bear patiently (O Muhammad ) what they say, and glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun, and before its setting,[Taha 130]
11. So bear with patience (O Muhammad ) all that they say, and glorify the Praises of your Lord, before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting (i.e. the Fajr, Zuhr, and ‘Asr prayers) .[ Qaf 39]
12. 1. And by the sun and its brightness;2. And by the moon as it follows it (the sun);[AshShams 1-2]
